Information we collect
The initial waitlist form asks for the following information:
- dentist name;
- clinic name;
- city;
- WhatsApp number;
- number of dental chairs;
- primary product or pilot interest; and
- operational contact consent, the consent timestamp, and the policy version accepted.
The public waitlist does not request a dental council registration number, clinic photograph, Google Maps link, full clinic address, detailed clinic profile, or preferred demo time. If additional information is needed for selected applicants, it may be requested separately during qualified onboarding with appropriate context.
Limited technical data may also be processed to protect the form from abuse, such as a short-lived, cryptographically hashed network identifier for rate limiting. The website records aggregate interaction counts without form-field values.
How information is used
Demo-request and pilot-enrolment information may be used to review the application, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, operate the waitlist, improve the pilot process, and contact the applicant by WhatsApp or phone about the product demo, pilot programme, and onboarding.
Operational contact consent is not treated as consent for unrelated promotional marketing.
Storage and access
Submitted waitlist records are intended to be stored in a private server location outside the public website directory. Access should be limited to people who need the information to operate the demo and pilot process. Oraly does not claim specific certifications, data-residency controls, or product-level security features unless separately verified and communicated.
Sharing
Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting or communications when necessary to operate the enquiry process. Information should not be sold or disclosed for unrelated purposes. A WhatsApp conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.
Retention
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed to administer the demo request, pilot selection, onboarding, security, and related records, and then securely deleted or anonymised where practical. A specific retention period has not been published.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form. You may also contact Oraly to ask about the information associated with your waitlist submission or to request correction or deletion, subject to reasonable verification and any information that must be retained for security or record-keeping purposes.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used for the public enquiry flow. No internet service is completely risk-free, and this policy does not promise absolute security.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the pilot and website evolve. The date at the top identifies the current version used for new form consent.
